This is England

The movie ”This is England” is about a 12 years old boy named Shaun. In school Shaun often gets picked on, which results in him having no friends. On the way home from school one day he meets a couple of original skinheads. One of the skinheads, Woody asked him to sit down and have a chat, after that they became friends. Together they have fun together for the coming days/weeks, and they make Shaun a real skinhead, by shaving his head and giving him a shirt. He also got a pair of boots and jeans with suspenders. One night when Shaun and the gang hangs out one of Woodys old friends comes into the house. He acts a little bit racist, but no one says anything. A few days later he gives this speech about the Falklands war and how the refugees from Pakistan were ruining the society. After that the gang split apart, basically those who stayed as how they were and the ones who became racists. After a while, the racists runs into a black guy from the ones who stayed as original skinheads, who the are cool with. They go home to Combo, the leader of the racists to drink and smoke marijuana. The black guy, Milky talks about how great his family is and how everyone are there for each other. Combo gets angry and starts to brutally beat Milky. After that Shaun realizes how stupid being a racist was and decides to throw away the english flag he had gotten from Combo as a gift when he joined the Nationalist political party.
